Production Ready The Black Sea Awareness Project is at a stage of development that it can go into production. In this form and scale, it will take about 5 months to make the inflatable Sea Shell Palace, produce the theatre production inside it, and get it ready for touring. Local involment is essential, the project needs local partnership and knowledge in all production stages.

Pre production phase The following has been made and prepared: Technical Design for the Sea Shell Palace. This includes pattern development of a shell and a 3 meters inflatable shell model, scale 1:3. 10 Silicone Puppets, based on endangered species of the Black Sea. A basic theatrical script, outlining the childrens adventure inside the sea shell palace, giving a theatrical format where the environmental issues can be communicated. An instructional training DVD for local puppeteers, introducing the puppets with their character, to ensure fast training. A very detailed theater production schedual to support the local production. This includes information about transport, build up, safety, show timetables etc. A general introduction project DVD, giving an animated overview of the Black Sea Awareness Project. This DVD is made for interested partners and potential sponsors.
